We know that you'll love your Twig Kid however, for any reason in which you're not satisfied, we offer a 30 day money back return. Exchanges are not included in this offer.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are reimbursed only if the item(s) arrived damaged. In that case, you will need to email a photo of the damaged item(s) within 2 days of delivery and ship the item(s) back in it's original packaging.
Wholesale orders - No refunds on wholesale orders however, any item(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced within 7 days of delivery.
We donate a portion of each sale to nonprofit environmental organizations even if it's returned!

All orders, excluding expedited orders, are processed and shipped within 5 business days.
Free standard shipping - Continental U.S. and Canada.
Orders will deliver between 4-7 days.
Expedited orders - (Only available for continental U.S. and Canada) includes a rush on product production and Delivery. Products will ship within 2-3 business days and delivers within 2-3 days.
International orders - Deliver between 2-6 weeks.
All orders will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information when the package ships.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
